    I love coming here as often as l can, whenever l visit Melbourne.???? For starters, the staff are all lovely and l feel so "at home". The heated salt water is so kind to my skin, with the added benefit of being able to float..................(something that people with low BMI cannot do well in chlorinated water.) It's great to know the l won't have the usual burning chlorine feeling on my skin or in my lungs when l visit here. The water temperature is my kind of perfect, and l enjoy watching the ever changing view of the beach, surrounded by a fascinating array of people of all ages, nationalities, and walks of life! When l last visited, the changerooms were looking pretty tired and people were complaining... but that didn't ruin my experience! I love coming here! The bubbly spa jets are at just the right height and intensity to relieve the pain of my chronic back and neck injuries, and give a foot massage at the same time! I find it inspiring chatting to other patrons who arrive hunched or limping .. who leave standing straighter after enjoying some welcome relief from pain! For me, a few hours here doing water excercise and stretching has all the benefits of a series of physiotherapy visits... (without the usual post visit 3 days of agony ) and at a much more affordable price. If l lived closer, l'd be here every day.
